Seth Cummings

Founder & CEO

Seth Cummings has 20 years of experience creating and building national brands. He ran digital marketing and mobile content for Boost Mobile (acquired by Nextel). He served as co-founder and SVP at Amp’d Mobile and EVP of Marketing and GM of Prepaid at Clearwire, where he was responsible for launching the first no contract 4G wireless service in the US (Nasdaq: CLWR; acquired by Sprint). Most recently, he served as EVP of Marketing at VoIP innovator magicJack VocalTec Ltd. (Nasdaq: CALL; acquired by B. Riley Financial) and CMO of Activbody, Inc.

Seth earned an MBA & MS in Television Management from Boston University. Seth enjoys tennis, golf, coaching youth baseball and, with his wife Jen, being all-in travel baseball parents to their two sons.

Gary Rosoff

COO – Co-Founder

Gary Rosoff began his career working in travel/recreation and creating youth development programs . After receiving his MBA, he transitioned his focus to large company logistics and operations with an emphasis in business development and customer engagement.  Since then, he has spent over two decades in the sports & entertainment industries holding senior roles at StubHub & Live Nation/Ticketmaster.  During this time, his work frequently kept him away from his children’ sports /activities and sparked his interest in developing a way for himself, his family and his friends to be connected to those precious moments.

Marc Wilsey

CFO – Co-Founder

Marc Wilsey has 30 years of management, finance, sales, and bus dev experience. As Tri-Ed Distribution’s GM/COO, he helped guide the company from five to twenty-five international hubs including a major exit to Tyco International. Marc served as Greater Alarm’s CFO/VP, driving considerable ARR/MRR expansion and leveraged an exit to national chain Interface Security Systems. Marc was Pacific Whey Café’s CEO/Owner, creating a highly profitable seven facility chain over six years with a rewarding exit to exclusive “Family Office”. Marc has been married 30 years and loves music, travel, wine, spirits, snow skiing, beach proximity and fun.

Casey Charvet

CTO

Casey Charvet has been live streaming video on the Internet since co-founding his first startup in 1999. Beginning in 2014, Casey has focused on creating the next generation of software and hardware tools for professional live streaming including the Hydra Live Encoder product and the Flight Deck CMS/streaming platform. Casey has personally engineered thousands of live streaming events across multiple verticals.

Jesse Pforzheimer

VP, Operations – Co-Founder

Jesse Pforzheimer started his career working in the Chicago White Sox organization in minor league player operations during the Bo Jackson and Michael Jordan eras. He went on to become a talent agent at United Talent Agency, where he developed the film “The Rookie”. There isn’t a sport Jesse hasn’t played. He founded the Sherman Oaks Red Hawks baseball travel team and currently coaches his son Ever in Little League, basketball and soccer.

Viktor Kalvachev

Creative Director

Viktor Kalvachev has over 20 years of creative and art direction across the entertainment industry and was a co-founder of health technology company Activebody, Inc. He has worked on projects for clients like Steven Spielberg; Disney; PIXAR; Dream Works; EA; Hasbro; DC Comics; Nokia and many more. He received 2 Eisner nominations for his graphic novel Blue Estate.
Viktor holds an MFA from the National Academy of Fine Arts in Sofia, Bulgaria. He enjoys playing basketball, drawing and sculpting when he isn’t spending time with his wife Ivana and their two kids.

Mike Peters

VP, National Sales

Mike Peters grew up playing multiple sports and still plays Baseball today. He began his career in the music industry recording, performing and touring the world for over a decade. As the music industry evolved, he took his creative chops to Sales and has launched progressive brands, distributors, and represented a Fortune 500 company across the North America and Canada. Mike has a passion for guiding youth athletes, building communities and developing the youth of today!

Dave Barry

General Counsel

A veteran of Silicon Valley and Silicon Beach, Dave Barry has served as General Counsel for companies including Buzzmedia and Hyfn, both of which he played critical roles in structuring their acquisitions. At GoDog Sports, Inc, Dave provides guidance on the company structure, financing, corporate policies, partnerships and business development efforts.

Leo Griffin

VENTURE CAPITAL

Leo Griffin has over twenty years of executive experience advising, investing in and leading entrepreneurial growth companies.  Leo spent the first decade of his career as a strategy consultant and the second decade working in venture capital and private equity.  He served as CEO of Artisan Bistro, an organic food brand, and Activbody, Inc, a health technology company. He is currently a strategy consultant to multiple Fortune 500 Companies.

Leo holds an MBA with distinction from Kellogg and a economics degree from the London School of Economics.

Matt Emmerson

AD NETWORKS

Matt Emmerson is the Co-Founder & CFO of TONIK+. Previously, as CFO of HYFN and CFO/COO of BUZZMEDIA, he directed much of the daily business operations and fiscal oversight of the companies, including financial sourcing and strategic planning. Matt was instrumental in the 2016 sale of HYFN to Media General. Prior to that, Matt was CFO of Movielink, one of the first legal digital movie download service were he led the sale of the business to Blockbuster. He began his career at PwC, providing financial advisory services to companies such as Disney, Paramount and Sony. Matt graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He now resides in Los Angeles, California and is the proud father of two boys, Charlie and Adam.

Kevin Berg

BROADCAST & PRODUCTION

Kevin Berg serves as EVP, Production, CBS Network Television Entertainment Group, where he is responsible for $1.5 billion in annual production costs across morning, daytime, primetime and late night programming. Kevin is also responsible for worldwide production including productions located in the United States, and Canada, and prior productions in Malta, Israel, South Africa and Jordan.
Kevin has been awarded the High Definition Visionary Award and served a four year term on the Board of Directors for the Entertainment Industries Foundation, the lead philanthropic non-profit in the Entertainment Industry. He currently serves on the board of the Directors Guild Training Program.

Greg Cockroft

TECHNOLOGY

Greg has 30 years of software engineering experience in startups and public companies. He started his career at GM and then went on to develop the video encoder for the first AVID video editor, was hired by Steve Jobs as one of the first employees at NeXT Computer (acquired by Apple Inc.) and has held senior technology roles at magicJack VocalTec Ltd, 1Cast, Clearwire and Wildfire. He currently does prototyping work for senior product executives at Google.

Natacha Gaymer-Jones

DIGITAL MARKETING & ADVERTISING EXECUTIVE

Natacha Gaymer-Jones is a digital marketing & advertising executive. Currently, she serves as CEO/Founder of SWOON Performance Marketing, a Los Angeles-based marketing agency.

Her work centers on transforming marketing campaigns into hyper-focused growth engines. The keys to her success are agile product development and marketing automation technologies. Natacha executes these tactics in a way that allows for a consistent return on client investments. Natacha’s portfolio includes many heavy-hitters: Ford, GM, Beats by Dre, Nike, Coachella Music Festival, Pepsi, BMW, Intuit, Honda, Volvo, Fox, Mattel, and Sony among them. Although Natacha has built a top-shelf team, she remains actively involved in all aspects of the project/product life-cycle.

Job Description: 

GoDog Sports is looking for motivated, results-driven Independent Field Agents to assist with market development as part of our National Sales Team. Field Agents will report directly in to the VP, Sales and will work closely with other GoDog Sports leadership roles. Successful candidates should have a passion for youth sports, technology, and bringing people together. You understand what motivates our customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. You should be excited to lead a new market in a start-up environment. This is a commission-based independent contractor role,with the potential to graduate to a full time Market Manager or Regional Director.
