Getting started with GoDog and initial account setup

Q. How do I reset my account password?

A. To reset your GoDog account password click here: or contact your league administrator.

Q. Do you offer Phone Support?

A. We don’t currently offer phone support at this time. Please email us at with any inquiries and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please provide detailed information on any technical difficulties you are experiencing.

Q. Can I access the live stream from my device?

A. GoDog live stream is accessible on nearly any computer or mobile device via private link provided by your facility admin. (We recommend using an updated version of Google Chrome)

Q. How are user accounts created?

A. Facility admins will invite active members of the league to the registration process. Once registered, users will be able to invite friends and family to view the secure stream.
Note: Facility admins and users will have the ability to monitor who is viewing their stream.

Q. Can can I let my friends and family watch the games?

A. Yes! If you have a child playing in the league and you have been granted access then you will be able to grant all your family and friends access as well.

Q. Does it cost anything to watch?

A. No! As long as you’re invited, there’s no cost to watching any games. (For league based sites)
