Each year all users will need to register with your league's portal for the upcoming season. The prior season's login and password will not be stored.
If power to the cameras or Internet at the league is turned off, the camera won’t send a feed to your league portal.
The GoDog team will receive a system alert and contact the league to check power. The game card will be removed until power is restored. Maintaining power to the camera and Internet is the only factor out of our control and we work hand-in-hand with league admins to help ensure power is a top consideration at the league.
